Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of PI Suite, PI Config, and related websites and services (the "Services") provided by zagetech ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account, starting onboarding, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

The Services

PI Suite is a product intelligence platform. PI Config is the capability available today for modeling, validating, and commercializing configurable products. New PI Suite capabilities released after you subscribe are included in the same subscription unless we state otherwise in writing.

You own the product models, rules, compatibility logic, and configuration knowledge you create in the Services. We do not claim ownership of that product intelligence.

Accounts and onboarding

You must provide accurate account, billing, and company information and keep it current. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity under your account.

Fees and billing

Unless an Enterprise agreement says otherwise:

• PI Suite is a 12-month agreement billed monthly in EUR, excluding VAT.
• Commercial Configurations are billed monthly according to usage. A Commercial Configuration is a customer-facing configured product created in the Commercial Workspace. Revisions of the same configuration do not create additional usage charges.
• Work in the Design Workspace is not usage-billed.
• VAT may apply depending on your location and applicable UAE regulations.

If no Commercial Configurations are created in a billing period, no usage fees apply for that period. The monthly PI Suite subscription still applies.

Acceptable use

You may use the Services only for lawful business purposes and must not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or misuse the platform, or use it to infringe another party's rights.

Availability and changes

We aim to keep the Services available and may update features over time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Where a change materially reduces core functionality, we will provide reasonable notice.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, zagetech is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data, arising from use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid to us for the Services in the 12 months before the claim.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts of Dubai have exclusive jurisdiction, except that we may seek injunctive relief in any jurisdiction.
